Welcome. I hope you've landed here to find out
something about my novel Adventures in Nowhere,
which reflects the people and places I knew as a
youngster in Florida. For many years I have
entertained my friends with tales of my peculiar
upbringing. I never thought it was so strange until I
saw the looks on their faces. Perhaps the best
way to introduce the book is to take you on a tour
of the real Nowhere, the place that shaped the world
of Danny Ryan, the novel's central character.
